 The following items cannot be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for:
 Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Elastic band bracelets
 Returns and exchange details
Let's be honest, things can happen to any item during shipping and handling. There can also be faulty supplies used on my part that I don't realize at the moment. If an item is damaged upon delivery, I will fully accept the return. You must ship it back within 30 days within the US. YOU must contact me within 7 days, but I would like the item back in my hands by that lenient time frame. At this point, you will receive a full refund once it is back in my hands. If something breaks shortly after wearing, I will also refund or offer free repair. Every order is dependent on the situation. I am very flexible and understanding. If an item says it has arrived during tracking, and it is claimed to not have been received, I will look into this, but cannot offer a refund in this case. This is a very rare situation. There are times in which parcels do truly get "lost" in the mail or take an obscene amount of time to be delivered. I give a refund or will resend the original item. Keep in mind that this website is my baby and I handle all of my customers in a caring and courteous manner. You will be heard and helped in any way that I possibly can.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Suggested you track the label to ensure receipt of return or refund on our end because we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
